Short CV:
I started my study in 1973 on Mathematical Faculty of Warsaw University. Next year I changed my interests and was continuing my education on Chemistry Faculty of Warsaw Technical University. I finish my study in 1981. I started my job in Institute of Electronic Materials Technology (ITME) in Department of Oxide Crystals. I was experienced in crystallization by Czochralski method. The years 1983-1994 were devoted to my family, I was bringing up my children. I returned to my scientific work in 1994 into Department of Chemical Technologies in ITME. I was working in Laboratory of Galvanic Coatings. In 2003 I became the head of Department of Chemical Technologies. Meantime I collaborated with Military University of Technology in the liquid crystals field. This collaboration resulted in my doctoral dissertation in 2006. I completely changed the scientific subject matter of my Department. I implemented the nanotechnology. Firstly we synthesized by sol-gel method luminescent oxide nanopowders for optoelectronics and photonics applications. The second direction of our activity are electrode materials for lithium ion batteries. The third is chemical graphene, its derivatives and composites containing it as active phase. We develop wet chemical methods for obtaining: nanocrystals, nanostructures and nanocomposites. I member of Polish Society of Crystal Growth, in years 2007-2010 I was secretary, from 2010 I am the chair of Nanocrystals Section. Also, I am the founder member of the Society Institute of Solar Energy.
